A Visit by the Major Archbishop of the Siro-Malabar Catholic Church
His Beatitude, Georg Alenchery, Major Archbishop of the Siro-Malabar Catholic Church, on the 17th of July, 2011, paid a visit together with the Archbishop of Thrissur, Andrews Thazhath, to the Carmelite house in Chettupuzha, the headquarters of the Province of St. Thomas in India. The Major Archbishop, who is head of the Siro-Malabar Catholic church was welcomed by the community to whom he offered his good wishes for the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and his thanks and appreciation for the pastoral service given by the Carmelite friars to the diocese and to the Church in India.

Visita del Arzobispo Mayor de la Iglesia católica Siro-Malabar
Su Beatitud Georg Alenchery, Arzobispo Mayor de la Iglesia católica Siro-Malabar, visitó el 17 de julio de 2011 el convento de Chettupuzha, sede de la Provincia de S. Tomás de la India, junto con el arzobispo de Thrissur, Andrews Thazhath. El Arzobispo Mayor, cabeza de la Iglesia Siro-Malabar, fue acogido cordialmente por la comunidad, a la que expresó su felicitación por la Solemnidad de la Virgen del Carmen y su reconocimiento por el servicio pastoral llevado a cabo por los carmelitas en bien de la diócesis y de la Iglesia toda en la India.

Sua Beatitudine Georg Alenchery, Arcivescovo Maggiore della Chiesa cattolica Siro-Malabarese, il 17 luglio 2011 ha visitato assieme all'arcivescovo di Thrissur, Andrews Thazhath, il convento di Chettupuzha, sede della Provincia di S. Tommaso in India. L'Arcivescovo Maggiore, capo della Chiesa Siro-Malabarese, è stato accolto cordialmente dalla comunità, alla quale ha espresso l'augurio per la Solennità della Madonna del Carmine e un grato apprezzamento per il servizio pastorale svolto dai frati carmelitani per la diocesi e per tutta la Chiesa in India.
