The Canonical Erection of the General Commissariat of Paraná, Brasil
From the 1st of October 2012, the feast of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, the decision, taken by the Prior General with the consent of his council, to canonically erect the General Commissariat of Paraná, heretofore a Provincial Commissariat of the Upper German Province, came into effect.
The following were appointed to the different offices until the next chapter of elections which will be held in January 2014:
Commissary General:  Fr. Francisco M. de Oliveira, O.Carm.
First Councillor:  Fr. Cleidimar Roquim, O.Carm.
Second Councillor:  Fr. João Bernardes Alves, O.Carm.
Third Councillor:  Fr. Vilson Rech, O.Carm.
Fourth Councillor:  Fr. Edmilson Borges de Carvalho, O.Carm.
The erection of the new General Commissariat will be celebrated on the 20th of October 2012 in Paranavaí. The Prior General, Fr. Fernando Millán Romeral and the Prior Provincial of the Upper German Province, Fr. Dieter Lankes, O.Carm. will attend.

Erección canónica del Comisariado General de los Carmelitas de Paraná, Brasil
El día 1 de octubre de 2012, fiesta de Santa Teresa del Niño Jesús, entró en vigor la decisión del P. General y su Consejo de erigir canónicamente el Comisariado General de Paraná, hasta ahora Comisariado Provincial de la Provincia de Alemania Superior.Hasta el capítulo electivo, que tendrá lugar en enero de 2014, se han efectuado los siguientes nombramientos:
Comisario General: P. Francisco M. de Oliveira, O.Carm.
Primer Consejero: P.Cleidimar Roquim, O.Carm.
Segundo Consejero: P. João Bernardes Alves, O.Carm.
Tercer Consejero: P. Vilson Rech, O.Carm.
Cuarto Consejero: P.Edmilson Borges de Carvalho, O.Carm.
La celebración de la erección del nuevo Comisariado General tendrá lugar el 20 de octubre en Paranavaí con la presencia del Prior general, P. Fernando Millán Romeral, O.Carm., y del Prior Provincial de la Provincia de Alemania Superior, P. Dieter Lankes, O.Carm.

Erezione canonica del Commissariato Generale dei Carmelitani di Paraná, Brasile
Dal 1° ottobre 2012, festa di S. Teresa di Gesù Bambino, entra in vigore la decisione presa dal Priore Generale con il consenso del suo Consiglio di erigere canonicamente il Commissariato Generale di Paraná, finora Commissariato Provinciale della Provincia Germania Superiore.
Sono stati nominati fino al primo capitolo elettivo, che si terrà in gennaio 2014:
