The Canonical Erection of the Carmelite Province of the Philippines
On the 16th of July, 2013, the Solemnity of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the decision of the Prior General, with the consent of his Council, to erect the Province of the Philippines comes into effect.  Up to now this had been a General Commissariat and before that a Provincial Commissariat of the Province of the Netherlands. Blessed Titus Brandsma will be the Patron of the new province.
The leaders who have been appointed to hold office until the first provincial chapter, in February 2014, are:
Prior Provincial:  Fr. Christian Buenafe, O.Carm.
First Councillor:  Fr. Rico Ponce, O.Carm.
Second Councillor: Fr. Roberto Noel Rosas, O.Carm.
Third Councillor:  Fr. Gilbert Sabado, O.Carm.
Fourth Councillor:  Fr. Eduardo Albino, O.Carm.
The erection of the new province will take place on the 16th of July 2013 in Quezon City, Manila in the presence of the Vice-Prior General, Fr.  Christian Körner, O.Carm., the Councillor General for Asia, Australia and Oceania, Fr. Albertus Herwanta, O.Carm., and of the Prior Provincial of the Province of the Netherlands, Fr. Ben Wolbers, O.Carm.

Erección canónica de la Provincia de los Carmelitas de Filipinas
El día 16 de julio, Solemnidad de la Bienaventurada Virgen María del Monte Carmelo, entrará en vigor la decisión del Prior General y de su Consejo de erigir canónicamente la Provincia de Filipinas, hasta ahora Comisariado General y anteriormente Comisariado Provincial de la Provincia de Holanda. El Patrón de la nueva Provincia será el Beato Tito Brandsma.
Hasta el capítulo electivo, que será en febrero de 2014, se han efectuado estos nombramientos:
Prior Provincial: P. Christian Buenafe, O.Carm.
Primer Consejero: P. Rico Ponce, O.Carm.
Segundo Consejero: P. Roberto Noel Rosas, O.Carm.
Tercer Consejero: P. Gilbert Sabado, O.Carm.
Cuarto Consejero: P. Eduardo Albino, O.Carm.
La celebración de la erección de la nueva Provincia será el 16 de julio de 2013 en Quezon City, Manila, con la presencia del Vice Prior General, P. Christian Körner, O.Carm, del Consejero General para Asia, Australia y Oceanía, P. Albertus Herwanta, O.Carm., y del Prior Provincial de la Provincia de Holanda, P. Ben Wolbers, O.Carm.

Erezione canonica della Provincia dei Carmelitani delle Filippine
Dal 16 luglio 2013, Solennità della Beata Vergine del Monte Carmelo, entra in vigore la decisione presa dal Priore Generale con il consenso del suo Consiglio di erigere canonicamente la Provincia delle Filippine, finora Commissariato Generale e già Commissariato Provinciale della Provincia di Olanda. Il Beato Tito Brandsma sarà anche il Patrono della nuova provincia.
Sono stati nominati fino al primo capitolo elettivo, che si terrà nel febbraio 2014:
