General Council begins Meetings
The General Council began a series of plenary meetings on 12th November, and apart from the ordinary administrative business of the order, the Council is studying a restructuring of the General Commissions, as recommended by the General Chapter. The Council hopes to finish the new structuring of the commissions by Christmas so that they can begin work in the new year.

The Prior General and his Council have made the following appointments:

Comenzó la reunión del Consejo General
El pasado día 12 de noviembre comenzó la reunión plenaria del Consejo General en Roma. Además de los asuntos relacionados con la administración ordinaria de la Orden, el Consejo está estudiando cuidadosamente la reestructuración de las diversas comisiones, tal y como fue recomendado por el Capítulo General. El Consejo confía en que esta nueva estructura quede definida antes de Navidad y pueda comenzar a funcionar plenamente el año próximo.

Asimismo el P. General y su Consejo han hecho los siguientes nombramientos:

Comincia il lavoro del Consiglio Generale
Lo scorso 12 novembre è iniziata la riunione plenaria del Consiglio Generale a Roma. In aggiunta alle questioni relative all’amministrazione ordinaria dell’Ordine, il Consiglio sta studiando attentamente la ristrutturazione delle diverse Commissioni, come suggerito al Capitolo Generale. Il Consiglio si augura che questa nuova struttura venga definita prima di Natale e possa cominciare a funzionare a pieno ritmo il prossimo anno.
