General Council Meeting
On the occasion of the 600th anniversary of Carmelite presence in Malta, the General Curia received an invitation from the Maltese Province.  For that reason, the last meeting of the General Council took place from the 6th to the 10th of May at the “Lunzjata” retreat house.
In addition to the items of ordinary administration and the presentation of the reports of the General Councillors on their visits, and their participation in provincial chapters and various international meetings, the Prior General, with the consent of his Council, appointed in the General Delegation of Bohemia and Moravia, (with effect from the 30th of June 2018,

Delegate General, Fr. Norbert Žuška, O.Carm.,
First Councillor, Fr. Gorazd Cetkovský, O.Carm.,
Second Councillor, Fr. Jeroným Ertelt, O.Carm.

At the end of the plenary session, the General Council met the members of the Maltese Province for a fraternal dinner. In that setting, the Prior General, also on behalf of his Council, expressed his gratitude to the Maltese brethren for their generous and fraternal hospitality.

Reunión del Consejo General
Con motivo del 600 aniversario de la presencia de los carmelitas en Malta, la Provincia Maltesa dirigió una invitación a la Curia General. Dando respuesta a la misma, la última reunión del Consejo General se ha celebrado en la casa de retiros “Lunziata” del 6 al 10 de mayo.
Además de considerar diversos temas de administración ordinaria y los informes de los Consejeros Generales sobre sus visitas y participación en los Capítulos provinciales y en varios encuentros internacionales, el Prior General con el consenso de su Consejo, ha hecho estos nombramientos:

Para la Delegación General de Bohemia y Moravia (a partir del 30 de junio de 2018):
Delegado General:    P. Norbert Žuška, O.Carm.
Primer Consejero:     P. Gorazd Cetkovský, O.Carm.
Segundo Consejero: P. Jeroným Ertelt, O.Carm.

Al finalizar las sesiones del Consejo General, éste tuvo un encuentro con los hermanos de la Provincia Maltesa para compartir una comida fraterna. En este contexto, el Prior General, en nombre propio y en el de su Consejo, expresó su agradecimiento por la generosa y fraterna hospitalidad ofrecida por los hermanos malteses.

Riunione del Consiglio Generale
In occasione del 600° anniversario della presenza dei Carmelitani a Malta, la Provincia Maltese ha rivolto un invito alla Curia Generalizia. Pertanto, l’ultima riunione del Consiglio Generale si è tenuta dal 6 al 10 maggio presso la casa per ritiri di "Lunzjata".
Oltre allo studio di diversi temi di ordinaria amministrazione e alla presentazione delle relazioni dei Consiglieri Generali sulle loro visite, sulla partecipazione ai Capitoli provinciali e ai vari incontri internazionali, il Priore Generale, con il consenso del suo Consiglio, ha nominato:

Al termine della sessione plenaria, il Consiglio Generale si è incontrato con i membri della Provincia Maltese per un pranzo fraterno. In tale contesto il Priore Generale, anche a nome del suo Consiglio, ha espresso gratitudine per la generosa e fraterna ospitalità offerta dai confratelli maltesi.
