Carmelite Nuns in Nuestra Señora de la Asunción in Huesca, Spain Celebrate Elective Chapter The Carmelite nuns of the monastery of Our Lady of the Assumption held their triennial elective Chapter on September 1, 2023. The monastery was founded in 1656 by a Sr. Beatrice the Sheperd who brought nuns from the monastery of St. Michael, also in the town of Huesca. The monastery belongs to the Mater Unitatis Federation. The results of the elective chapter were as follows: + + +
Las monjas carmelitas de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Huesca celebran su Capítulo electivo Las monjas carmelitas del monasterio de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción celebraron su Capítulo trienal electivo el 1 de septiembre de 2023. El monasterio fue fundado en 1656 por una tal Sor Beatriz la Pastora que trajo monjas del monasterio de San Miguel, también en la ciudad de Huesca. El monasterio pertenece a la Federación Mater Unitatis. Los resultados del capítulo electivo fueron los siguientes: + + +
Le monache carmelitane di Nuestra Señora de la Asunción a Huesca, Spagna, celebrano il loro Capitolo elettivo Le monache carmelitane del monastero di Nostra Signora dell'Assunzione hanno celebrato il loro Capitolo elettivo triennale il 1° settembre 2023. Il monastero è stato fondato nel 1656 da suor Beatrice il Pastore, che portò con sé le monache del monastero di San Michele, sempre nella città di Huesca. Il monastero appartiene alla Federazione Mater Unitatis. I risultati del Capitolo elettivo sono stati i seguenti:
