Tragic death of a member of the Kenyan General Delegation It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic death of Bro. Kennedy Mwangi, O.Carm. (born in 1986) who was shot dead on the 27th of December while he was on holiday with his family for Christmas. Community Retreat at the General Curia On Sunday 13th December 2015 the members of the General Curia community gathered together for their Advent retreat. A New Format for “Carmel in the World” The Carmelite review, “Carmel in the World” which marked its fiftieth anniversary in 2011, has just put out its most recent issue using a new format. The Editor of the review, Patrick J. Breen, O.Carm., and the new editorial board, in collaboration with Edizioni Carmelitane in Rome, decided to modernise the image of the review to make it new and more attractive.
