The Bi-annual meeting of the General Councils, O.Carm. and O.C.D. On the 8th of March last, the bi-annual meeting of our General Council and our Discalsed counterparts took place at our Curia in Rome. Opening the meeting the Prior General, Fr. Fernando Millán Romeral, O.Carm. prayed for Fr. John Malley, O.Carm., who died recently. He also prayed for Fr. Camilo Maccise, O.C.D. who is very ill in Mexico.
